if you’re going to offer live chat 24/7 customer service, it better damn well be for ALL of Saks, NOT just saks.com. Your reps should be able to handle both aspects; I understand the warehouses and shipments and such are different you are still just ONE department store. ONE. Put up a unified front and save me some time, could you?
