first time reading an AMA after hearing about it over the weekend, it’s really quite good. Much better than twitter I think b/c the author has more time for concise answers and the questions that are popular get answered, so it’s not just a bunch of random junk crowding up the screen. so cool, a visual interpretation of the lyrics. do you ever have song anxiety where you remember how the song sounds like but not the lyrics? luckily it only took me 5 minutes this time to guess that it was arcade fire and something along the lines of ‘feeling’ and believing. whew. so i debated whether or not to change my theme after 2 years…. then decided not to. it is what it is, a way for me to keep track of cool websites, videos, and photos. i really don’t use my tumblr much, i fall into binges of use (read: one week) then forget about it completely for three months. just fyi. no ranting, no confessions, etc.

love those little palmiers or elephant ears? super simple.
defrost puff pastry.
roll out a bit, keeping a nice rectangular or square shape.
sprinkle liberally with sugar, about 1/2 cup for two sheets.
fold sides over 1/4 of the way, then once again for both, then in half for the two halves of the heart shape.
refrigerate for an hour.
preheat over to 375...
